Mothers' Union trustee within the Liverpool Diocese
From 2010 I have been the Unit co-ordinator for Administration and also the Social Policy contact within the Faith and Policy Unit.
The Administration Unit is the support network for all the other Units within Mothers' Union and I will be working closely with the Secretary and the Treasurer to provide that support.
As Social Policy contact I co-ordinate members and their social policy activities by being the main point of contact for all social policy work in the Diocese, working closely with the Faith and Policy Unit co-ordinator

I work from the Diocesan office based at St. James' House in Liverpool, in consultation with Margaret Houghton, Diocesan President and the Trustees. Office hours are: 9.30 - 1.30pm each day except Tuesday. As well as running the office, my duties are to attend and minute meetings of the Diocesan Board of Trustees, Diocesan Council and Unit Advisory panels. I organise the despatch and receipt of all forms filled in by branches; administer subscriptions to Families First and prepare the Annual Report for Mary Sumner House and the Charity Commissioners. Other duties include administration for the Annual Rally, Triennial Elections and the supply of Baptism Anniversary and branch cards. My most recent role is to co- edit the web-site.
